At this session, which was held from 6 to 7 March 2014 at UNESCO Headquarters in Paris (France), CIGEPS Member States and members of its Permanent Consultative Council (PCC) discussed the follow-up of the 5th International Conference of Ministers and Senior Officials Responsible for Physical Education and Sport (MINEPS V).

MINEPS V brought together, in Berlin (Germany) from 28 to 30 May 2013, ministers and senior government officials from 121 UNESCO Member States, and non-governmental key stakeholders of the sporting world.
