Participants are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. Room reservations can be made on the hotel reservation website developed exclusively for conference participants. To make a reservation via the website will require a verification ID and a password. These will be provided in the confirmation email sent to participants once they have completed the pre-registration process. 

Please note that hotel reservations are being handled by “Aichi-Nagoya Accommodation Center” on a first-come, first-served basis. Any enquiries regarding hotel reservations and the website, including the reservation of high grade rooms for ministers, should be addressed to the Accommodation Center.
