Freedom of expression training for journalists in Eastern and North–Eastern Kenya
The Media Council of Kenya in partnership with the UNESCO Regional Office for Eastern Africa will conduct a two-day training for journalists on elections reporting, safety, moderating/interviewing techniques, hate speech and audience led programming. This training is aimed at providing solutions that will help presenters be able to inform and educate the public against hate speech without limiting their freedom of expression.
