In the framework of the UNESCO-IHP activities devoted to the protection and sustainable management of groundwater resources shared by two or more countries, this meeting will allow stakeholders to engage and debate experiences and ways forward on international cooperation on groundwater and recommend solutions that will help reduce poverty and improve livelihoods and water and food security in the face of climate change.
