Fourth Meeting of the Parties to the Second Protocol to the Hague Convention of 1954 for the Protection of Cultural Property in the Event of Armed Conflict
The main purpose of this Meeting is three-fold:
(i) to consider the report by the Chairperson of the Committee to the Meeting;
(ii) to elect six members of the Committee for the Protection of Cultural Property in the Event of Armed Conflict, in accordance with Article 23.3(a) of the Second Protocol; and,
(iii) to endorse amendments to the Guidelines for the Implementation of the Second Protocol to the Hague Convention.
