Presentation of the Intergovernmental Oceanographic Commission (IOC) Sub-Commission for African and Adjacent Island States
During the last IOC Assembly (June 2011) the creation of an IOC Sub-Commission for African and Adjacent Island States was approved. The President of the African Group expressed his wish to present it during the 36th Session of the General Conference.
