Ministerial Breakfast Meeting to discuss the CapEFA Programme's contribution and involvement in the 20 Priority Countries of the Education Sector. Upon invitation only.

The Capacity Development for Education for All (CapEFA) programme is an extra-budgetary funding mechanism and programme approach for capacity development financed by the Governments of Denmark, Finland, Italy, Norway, Sweden and Switzerland.

The Breakfast Meeting will provide an informal platform and forum for dialogue among donors and the priority countries of the Education Sector currently benefiting from the CapEFA programme. It also will be an opportunity to showcase good practices and discuss challenges, lessons learnt and some of the on-going areas where concerted action is still needed.
