Meeting of the Bureau of the Intergovernmental Committee for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage
The Bureau of the Committee is responsible among others to decide on the use of certain resources of the Fund for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage.
At its sixth session, the Committee adopted the draft plan for the use of the resources of the Fund for the safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heriatge for the periods of 1 January 2012 to 31 December 2013 and 1 January to 30 June 2014. It delegated to its Bureau the authority to decide upon the utilization of the funds allocated under item 3 of the Plan, ‘Other functions of the Committee’, on the basis of specific proposals to be prepared by the Secretariat.
