Fifth Meeting of the Parties to the Second Protocol to the Hague Convention of 1954 for the Protection of Cultural Property in the Event of Armed Conflict
The functions of the Meeting of the Parties to the Second Protocol are, among others, to elect the Members of the Committee, to endorse the Guidelines developed by the Committee, to supervise the use of the Fund by the Committee and to discuss any problem related to the application of the Second Protocol.
