80th anniversary of the Index Translationum

Permanent Delegations of Germany, France, Poland and United Kingdom organize with Division of Thematic Programmes for Diversity, Development and Dialogue a debate on the usefulness and future of the Index Translationum.
Index Translationum - international bibliography of translation is the oldest program of UNESCO. Created in 1932 by the International Institute for Intellectual Cooperation of the League of Nations and adpoted by UNESCO in 1948, it celebrates this year its 80th anniversary.
