8th International PEACE Programme Conference on Palestinian-European Academic Cooperation and 9th PEACE Programme General Assembly.

The event will give new visibility to the programme and present it to the main actors concerned. It will also aim at outlining its new plan of action.
The December meeting will be attended by several Presidents and Rectors of European and Palestinian Universities, as well as representatives from Ministries of Higher Education and Research.Devoted to Palestinian-European Academic Cooperation, the conference will include two sessions and two roundtables that will tackle:
1. joint PhD programmes, with focus on the French-Palestinian model
2. academic capacity building focusing on a UNESCO perspective and the Palestinian model of accreditation and quality assurance for academic programmes.
