Tango Dance
This concert is organized in the framework of the International Festival of Cultural Diversity (17-26 May 2010).
With the participation of Paula Estrella & Horacio Quiroga, Paulo Costa, Juan Carlos Oviedo y los Hermanos Acuña accompanied by the Mimbipa Ballet Company, Triangulacion Kultural, Andumba, Ivan Avila-Belloso, Orlando Poleo and his group, and Sonia Cabral y los Científicos del Son.
Argentina, Brazil, the Dominican Republic, Paraguay, Uruguay, and Venezuela join their music and dances for a whirlwind of joyful diversity in celebration of the International Day of Cultural Diversity, two centuries of independence, a common hope for the future and above all a profound sense of the life carried by all of the peoples who sing in the face of the vicissitudes of life with a healthy measure of nostalgia and jubilation.
