Distance learning course on broadcasting regulation

CBA’s Editorial Guidelines

The Commonwealth Broadcasting Association (CBA) will run a 6 weeks distance-learning course on broadcasting regulation to allow regulators to explore how best international practice could be applied to their own situation. The course will focus on digital broadcasting and new technologies and will cover a wide range of issues: licensing, content standards, regulatory processes and procedures and sanctions to apply.

The CBA/UNESCO Guidelines for Broadcasting Regulation will serve as a basis for this online course and Ms Eve Salomon, author of the Guidelines, will be the tutor.
