Achieving literacy for all, promoting mother tongue based literacy through Community Learning Centres

The workshop aims to disseminate the findings of the evaluation of the JFIT literacy project "Literacy for all: empowerment and poverty reduction in post-conflict Nepal."
Papers are to be presented on the non-formal education policy, strategies and programmes of Nepal, project evaluation and functioning of Community Learning Centres as a literacy hubs. Global experience is also to be shared on Literacy Initiatives for Lifelong Education (LIFE).
