The IGCP Scientific Board is holding its annual meeting from 18 to 20 February 2013 at UNESCO Headquarters.
An open session for the public, especially IGCP National Committees, representatives of UNESCO’s Member States and cooperating organizations, will take place on 20 February 2013.
This meeting aims to gather geoscientists globally, to enhance interaction between North and South through joint scientific projects in the fields of earth resources, global change, Geohazards, Hydrogeology, Geodynamic.
During this meeting, the members of the IGCP Board will assess 30 annual project reports and 12 new project proposals.
The session on 20 February 2013 will be open to the public to participate in the discussions and to inquire about IGCP’s activities.
