This first conference of the International Association for Ethics in Education (IAEE), created in 2011 with support from UNESCO, will gather 210 researchers and professionals of Ethics in Education coming from 30 countries who will thus have an opportunity to exchange their experiences at the global level.

Sharing experience between researchers and professionals of Ethics in Education is crucial because when dealing with ethics, it is essential to reflect the diversity of the cultural approaches.

With the aim to address this need, this event will bring together international experts from around the globe presenting a wide variety of topics in global ethics education, including bioethics, business ethics, communication ethics, medical ethics, nursing ethics, pharmacy ethics, dental ethics, science ethics, engineering ethics, philosophical ethics, religious ethics and environmental ethics.

Around 210 researchers and professionals of Ethics in Education will thus have a unique opportunity to meet colleagues involved in ethics education in a wide range of countries in order to exchange scholarly experiences and to present teaching programs and educational activities or research with educational implications.

This is the first international conference organized by the IAEE. This association has been officially established in April 2011, with support from UNESCO, by a group of international scholars and professionals in ethics education wishing to implement a global platform for exchange of experiences.
