Sport Integrity Forum

The University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and the International Centre for Sport Security, with the support of UNESCO, and with the official participation of the Council of Europe, will hold a Sport Integrity Forum on 15 May 2014.

The Sorbonne-ICSS Research Programme on Sport Integrity conducted a two-years research on the scope of sport corruption, sport betting and the related manipulation of sport competitions. The report on this Programme will be presented.

The event aims to :

• present the findings of the study conducted;

• raise global awareness of the latest research on sport integrity;

• provide an opportunity to engage key policy makers and global actors on the need to act on integrity issues together;

• promote a global strategy to enhance sport integrity and to share information on capacity building opportunities.
