Working together with the programme sectors, Member States and public or private partners the Special Events Section organizes, each month, cultural events (shows, concerts, exhibitions, prize-giving ceremony, cinema screenings, etc.) at the UNESCO House.

"Harmonie céleste", spectacle musical, est inspiré du Livre de la voie et de la vertu, principal texte du taoïsme attribué au philosophe chinois Laozi (ou Lao-tseu).
La sagesse orientale et les racines de la civilisation chinoise sont au cœur de ce spectacle entremêlant chant, narration et tableaux scéniques, présenté tel « un voyage culturel tendre et harmonieux qui permet aux spectateurs de ressentir la sagesse universelle de Laozi et de sa profonde pensée sur la vie. »
