Interview with Baroness Susan Greenfield - "We need the best people as scientists"

Baroness Greenfield is a Professor of pharmacology at Oxford University and a Member of the House of Lords. She was the keynote speaker at an international rountable, "Women and research: tangible progress?" held at UNESCO headquarters on 1 December.

Within the framework of the Second International Colloquium on Research and Higher Education Policy, the Round Table "Women and research: tangible progress?" addressed the issue of women’s involvement in higher education, particularly in research, and their advancement in this sphere.
