She defines and manages the Office’s public website and other online presences maintained by the IKM unit, including social media and multimedia platforms. She implements and advises on the correct use of the Organization’s logo and exposure, is in charge of developing, editing, and graphically producing communications & public outreach products. She holds a Degree and a Master’s Degree in English Language and Literature. She joined UNESCO in 1997. In addition to web and graphic editing, she managed Information and Communication Technology (ICT) up to mid 2008.

Michela De Faveri
Senior Programme Assistant/External Relations and Promotion Coordinator
She is in charge of public relations between the Office and institutions/partners. She has a humanistic background and is currently graduating in Public Relations. She has recently undertaken high level courses in Fund Raising at the University of Bologna as well as Neurolinguistic Programming and Relationships Management Intensive Courses. She joined UNESCO in 1989 as assistant of the Director and working in the field of public relations and in the organization of events. From 2000 she worked as Administrative Officer.

Olivera Jovanovska
Communication and Media Assistant
She is responsible for media communication in the frame MDG-F Joint Programmes as well as for supporting the Information and Knowledge Management (IKM) unit’s activities focused on South-East European media. She graduated in Journalism. She holds a Master in "Planning and Management of Cooperation and Training Activities for Central and Eastern Europe and the Balkans". From 1999 she worked as a journalist for the daily newspaper “Dnevnik” in Skopje. She joined UNESCO in 2006.

Tania Schiavon
External Relations and Media Assistant
She provides assistance in the preparation and organization of the Office’s in-house and external events. She assists in the translation and dissemination of information to Italian media. She is a graduate of Ca’ Foscari University (Venice, Italy) – Faculty of Conservation of Cultural Heritage. She joined UNESCO in 2007.
