Zhulieta Harasani

She mainly deals with the activities of the Millennium Development Goals funds (MDG-F) Joint Programme (JP) on “Culture & Development”. She graduated at the Faculty of History/Philology and University of Law in Tirana. She holds an MBA of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln/Tirana Faculty of Economy and Profound Studies in Educational Sciences at the Faculty of Social Sciences. She joined UNESCO in 2001. Up through 2008, she was the UNESCO National Project Manager for “Human Rights Education” Project.

MONTENEGRO

Ana Katnic

National Professional Officer

She works in the framework of the UN JP: “Improving business environment through green jobs and institution building”. She is a graduate in Biology in Podgorica and she holds a Master in Management of Biodiversity, Swedish Biodiversity Centre of Uppsala. She worked in several positions in National Parks of Montenegro. She was previously Tourism and Rural Development Advisor in Netherlands development organisation. She joined UNESCO in 2010.

THE FORMER YUGOSLAV REPUBLIC OF MACEDONIA

Zojka Naskova

She is mainly focusing on activities related to the MDG-F JP “Enhancing Inter-Ethnic Community Dialogue and Collaboration in FYR Macedonia”. She holds a Master’s Degree in International Policy Studies from the Monterey Institute for International Studies in Monterey, California, USA. Besides her extensive experience with a number of international development NGOs, she has a background in education and information technology. She joined UNESCO in 2009

TURKEY

Serra Aytun

National Professional Officer

She implements activities of the MDG-F JP “Alliance for Cultural Tourism (ACT) in Eastern Anatolia”. She holds a Degree in English Language and Literature and a Master’s Degree on international relations and international protection of human rights”. She worked at the Ministry of Culture and Tourism for 14 years. She was employed as the Head of Division for International Organizations Section. She represented Turkey as a Cultural and Tourism Attaché in Rome (2003-2007) and was employed by the Turkish International Cooperation Agency. She joined UNESCO in 2009.
