A national participation to the Venice Biennale Architecture 2010 hosted by UNESCO. Inauguration : 27 August 2010 at 11:30 am. Opening dates : 29 August – 8 October 2010. Opening hours from 10.30 am to 16.30 pm (weekdays)


Within its particular framework of the activities for the promotion of cultural diversity and intercultural dialogue, the UNESCO Venice Office will be hosting the official Pavilion of Montenegro in the Goldoni Room of Palazzo Zorzi during the 12th International Architecture Exhibition : People meet in architecture directed by Kazuyo Sejima and organized by la Biennale di Venezia.

The International Jury will attribute 3 prizes: Golden Lion for best National Participation; Golden Lion for best project in the International Exhibition People meet in Architecture; Silver Lion for a promising young architect in the International Exhibition People meet in Architecture.

The Montenegrin national participation is the exhibit titled Places for Re-encounters – Recycling the Space is comprised of 3 works which achieved international recognition during the last 2 years in various international competitions.
