Call for Proposals (CFP); Country of Destination: The former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia; Reference Number: 225MCD6000/2011/1; Description: Coordinate the implementation of the World Heritage in Young Hands (WHYH) Project; Deadline for Submission of Sealed Tenders: Monday, 19 December 2011, by 17.00 hours (Central European Time)

United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) hereby invite qualified companies or organizations to submit sealed proposals as follows:

(a)      Coordinate the implementation of the World Heritage in Young Hands (WHYH) Project, on the basis of the terms of reference prepared by UNESCO.

(b)      The deadline for execution is 30 June 2012.

(c)      Interested parties should submit a full proposal with budget in hard copy to the address listed below. The same information should also be emailed to the two email addresses. The hard copies are considered the original copies and will take precedence over any discrepancies noted with the electronic versions.

(d)      Any proposals received after the deadline will not be considered.

The sealed proposals must be delivered to the Office of the UN Resident Coordinator, c/o Mark McGinty, Head of RC Office, Ul. 8-ma Udarna Brigada, 2, 1000 Skopje on or before 19/12/2011 at 17:00 hours.  An electronic copy should also be emailed to both veniceoffice-dir(at)unesco.org and veniceoffice-skopje(at)unesco.org by this same date and time.  No emails over 6MB should be sent to this address or they will not be received due to file size limitations on the server.

UNESCO reserves the right to amend the documents at any time during the solicitation process. Any amendments or clarifications will be communicated directly to all Bidders who have officially confirmed their intention to submit a sealed tender to the contact persons listed below. No remuneration will be made to companies for preparation and submission of their tenders.
