Regional Seminar on Documentation and Inventory Making of Intangible Cultural Heritage within the framework of Living Human Treasures Programmes in SEE. Safranbolu (Turkey)
After the successful seminar held in Bulgaria in June 2007 at the initiative of the Bulgarian National Commission for UNESCO in cooperation with UNESCO-BRESCE , this initiative seeks to involve all institutions implicated in the domain of identification, safeguarding and promotion of intangible cultural heritage of the countries from Southern-Eastern Europe, in order to strengthen the procedures of documentation and inventory-making of ICH, to discuss problems of inventory-making and documentation, to share experiences and knowledge about inventory-making problems of ICH and to increase cooperation in the field.
Representatives from the Region, including the following countries: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, FYROM, Greece, Moldova, Montenegro, Romania, Serbia and Slovenia will participate.
