RFP-10-005 Offer for Preparation of Documentaries to Improve Intercultural Understanding MDG-F Culture

MDG-F Culture and Development is a three-years partnership programme funded by the Spanish MDG Achievement Fund and implemented by three United Nations agencies in Bosnia and Herzegovina, namely the UNDP, UNICEF and UNESCO, in close collaboration with the BiH Ministry of Civil Affairs, the FBiH and RS entity Ministries of Culture, as well as other institutions responsible for education and culture in the country.

MDG-F Culture and Development aims to strengthen cross-cultural understanding and help build social cohesion, develop greater respect for interculturalism, and increase awareness of cultural commonalities. The overall outcome for this programme is strengthened cross-cultural understanding in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The RFP for production of a number of documentaries aiming to improve intercultural understanding is divided into two LOTs:

- LOT 1 Production of new documentaries

- LOT 2 Production of documentaries that are currently in any phase of production

Companies and NGOs registered in BiH are eligible to provide offers for one or both LOTs. Full list of documentation and eligibility criteria are described in the proposal documents.

All proposals must be submitted before 16:00 hours, 15 April 2010 (Thursday) on the above mentioned address. Selected offerors will be informed within 3 weeks of the final proposal submission date.
