UNESCOVENICE news (Italy) 6-06-2010 : A Selection Committee composed of international experts evaluated the applicants CVs using the following criteria: Scientific publications; Motivation statement (how participating in ESOF will promote science in your home country; fluency in English).

The selection process took into account also gender equality principles.

Twenty-eight young scientists were selected.

During the ESOForum from 2 to 7 July 2010, representatives from the UNESCO Venice Office will be pleased to meet with visitors in its stand in the Lingotto Exhibition Centre in Turin.
