Early Childhood in the Arab Countries: Status and Challenges
This report is an overview of the current status of early childhood care and education  (ECCE) in 15 Arab countries based on their responses to a survey questionnaire  commissioned by UNESCO. It identifies challenges and major constraints and concludes  with recommendations for the concerned parties. The report can be used as a framework for national action plans in ECCE and as an advocacy tool.
