Célébrer le droit à l’éducation
Selon un rapport récemment publié par les Nations Unies, tout gouvernement a l’obligation de faciliter le droit à l’éducation en vertu des lois sur les droits humains. Il se doit aussi de prévoir un investissement durable dans l’éducation. Elaboré par le Rapporteur spécial des Nations Unies sur le droit à l’éducation, la publication examine également l’éducation dans les situations de conflits et de catastrophes naturelles.
