撒哈拉以南非洲教师培训倡议的评估 (TTISSA)  2009 - The Teacher Training Initiative for Sub ‐Saharan Africa (TTISSA) is the ten‐year UNESCO response to the request by African Member States to implement a teacher‐focused Initia‐tive, as the acute shortage of qualified teachers has been identified as one of the biggest obstacles to the realization of the Education for All (EFA) goals in Sub‐Saharan Africa (SSA) by 2015.
