UN-OOSA
UNESCO enjoys close cooperation with the UN Office for Outer Space Affairs (UN-OOSA) in Vienna, Austria. UN-OOSA is the Secretariat of the Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space Affairs (COPUOS) and of the UN Inter-Agency Meeting on Outer Space Activities, of which UNESCO is a Permanent Observer and a member respectively. UNESCO and UN-OOSA will work closely for the International Year of Astronomy (2009)
SEOC of IAF

The Committee's scope is varied from space education through formal and informal structure, novel and innovative teaching methdologies, student experiments and outreach process. These include specific student activities and supervised youth experiments, use of communication and earth observation satellites; manned and unmanned spacecraft, and ground-based laboratories, and activities intended to raise public awareness of the benefits of space activities
International Space University
The International Space University provides graduate-level training to the future leaders of the emerging global space community at its Central Campus in Strasbourg, France, and at locations around the world. Since its founding in 1987, ISU has graduated more than 2500 students from 96 countries. Together with hundreds of ISU faculty and lecturers from around the world, ISU alumni comprise an extremely effective network of space professionals.
Asia-Pacific Regional Space Agency Forum (APRSAF)
APRSAF was established in 1993 in response to the declaration adopted by the Asia-Pacific International Space Year Conference (APIC) in 1992, to enhance the development of each country's space program and to exchange views toward future cooperation in space activities in the Asia-Pacific region. APRSAF has been holding annual meetings initiated jointly by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, Japan (MEXT), Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) and co-host organizations to discuss current space related issues and possible cooperation among countries mainly from the Asia-Pacific region.
  Space Conference of the Americas
Space Conference of the Americas is a Pro-Tempore Secretariat set up in a determined country for a period of 3 years whose main objectives include the development of the space law, distance learning and knowledge access, space health and epidemiology, prevention of natural disasters as well as environment and cultural heritage protection.

The Committee on Earth Observation Satellites (CEOS) is an international coordinating mechanism charged with coordinating international civil spaceborne missions designed to observe and study planet Earth. UNESCO is particularly involved with CEOS Working Group on Education, Training, and Capacity Building (WGEdu) whose goal is to facilitate activities that enhance international education and training in Earth Observation (EO) techniques, data analysis, interpretation and applications.
