Uruguay
- In the framework of Project PCCP (From potential conflict
to potential collaboration) in coordination with SHS Sector,
two events will be held .The objective of this project is to
examine the influence on the sharing of water in economic development
and the solution to conflicts in certain zones of the world,
through dialogue, cooperation and the participation in transboundary
water management.

A joint activity is being organized with Uruguay
National Commission and the University of Uruguay, as follow-up
to Budapest programme, in the framework of Main Priority Ethics
of science and technology with emphasis in bioethics.
Mexico
A
conference on " "Esa Cosa Llamada Ciencia" will be held at the
Universidad Tecnológica del Usumacinta with the participation
of higher education and scientific institutions, students and
media. Ing. Miguel Angel Córdova, Coordinator of the Council for
Scientific Information and Dissemination will address the participants.
