"Aeolian Signals"
Vassilakis Takis (Greece, born in 1925)

Five sculptures of different size and colour measuring from 4 m to 6.5 m, representing the signs of the wind. They parallel and recall at their base, the spiral staircase found on the exterior of the main Headquarters building.

Takis has also created the two fountains found on each side of the Arch of the Defense in Paris.

A gift from Greece in 1993.
