The Environmental Conference of the Regions of Europe is a platform for the Environmental Regional Ministers and political leaders in the European Union, established in 1993 and taking place every two years.
Encore is organizing the ‘Integrated River-Basin Management Seminar’, which will focus on 5 key issues in 5 lead regions:

• Analysis of the ecological status at regional level - Lead Region, Catalonia, Spain

• Treatment technologies for water: supply and waste - Lead Region, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany
