Summary:
This 2-week course has been designed for group-based training of operational personnel responsible for implementing malaria prevention and management activities.
The goals for this course are:
• to orient participants to current global malaria prevention and control strategies and the rationale and evidence for them
• to influence, in a positive way, the attitudes of participants towards the benefits of high-quality malaria control activities
• to provide the participants with the knowledge and skills needed to continuous improve of the quality of services provided to prevent and control malaria
• to provide participants with knowledge and skills to monitor and evaluate the quality of their interventions.
