The 72nd Executive Meeting, held in Seoul in May 2004, decided to place the appended four Questions on the programme of the 22nd Congress. These questions are:
• technical solutions to reduce time and costs in dam design and construction
• management of the downstream impacts of dam operation
• safety of earth- and rockfill dams
• flood and drought evaluation and management.
