Summary:
This seminar will focus on the current problems and trends that face the implementation of residual water treatment alternatives by sharing experiences in a Colombian and European contexts. The aims of this seminar include the following:

• analyzing the water pollution control advances in Colombia and in the Coffee region
• sharing experiences of the treatment of residual communal waters
• sharing experiences of the treatment of residual special waters: sanitary landfills leaching and heavy metals residual waters
• presenting environmental economy tools for the treatment of residual water management.
