Summary:
This water law, policy and science conference is the 3rd of a series. It will explore adaptive management approaches for the water resources of the Great Plains, which are stressed from the current prolonged drought and increasing consumptive demands, taking into consideration water needed for threatened and endangered species.
International, national and local experts will focus on a range of economic, social, agricultural, legal and adaptive management topics connected to how we perceive and use water resources.
