Summary:
This symposium is devoted to identifying, exploring and analysing all the transboundary aspects of water management. The symposium aims to serve as an integrating element for the continuous transfer of knowledge on transboundary water managements through presentations of new ideas, technologies and advancements in hydrological and water system modelling, management policies, integration of non-conventional water resources, public participation processes, water markets and water law, while taking into account technical, environmental, social and economic realities so that the knowledge can be applied practically to water management.
