The goal of this workshop is to contribute to capacity-building of the Legal Water Framework in Costa Rica and in Central America and to promote discussion of the water resources law projects currently proposed.
The subjects of the workshop are as follows:

• shared waters international regulations
• governability and local actors
• gender and water.
