This symposium is a key annual activity that wants to benefit policy-makers, academics, practitioners, as well as the key cooperating partners (donor community) in identifying regional issues, gaps and priorities that require further support.
The main theme for the symposium is ‘Mainstreaming Integrated Water Resources Management (IWRM) in the Development Process’.
The sub-themes of this meeting are: hydrology, water and environment, water and land, water and society, water for people and water resources management.
