Summary:
This forum is dedicated to the issues relating to the stable development of great river basins: promoting economic and social growth in Russia, preserving natural resources for existing and future generations. The purpose of this event is the elaboration of the necessary legal, regulatory and economic mechanisms to allow for sustainable development; the creation of effective forms of management and co-ordination of regional activities in great rivers basins, international co-operation and the realisation of international projects.
