Summary:
The Consortium of Universities for the Advancement of Hydrologic Science Inc (CUAHSI) is hosting a Community Hydrologic Modeling Platform (CHyMP) Workshop on 31 March to 1 April 2009 at the University of Memphis, TN, USA. The vision is that CHyMP will serve the broad simulation needs of the hydrology research community, and it will be a venue where new models or related codes can be made available for use by the community. The purpose of this workshop is to identify science requirements for CHyMP. Groundwater modeling should play a key role in CHyMP, but it will be important for the groundwater modeling community to participate in the workshop and help shape the science requirements.
