The successful development and implementation of River Basin Management Plans is key to European water policy and key decisions on water management for the future need to be taken this year. The 2nd European Water Conference, scheduled from 2-3 April 2009 in Brussels, invites decision makers and stakeholders from across the EU to discuss strategic water management issues and to actively participate in the process.
