Summary:
The theme of the Congress is “Toward a complete management of water resources in flatlands”. This Congress endeavors to continue with the development of the main ideas proposed in the Olavarría’s Colloqium Hydrology on Large Flatlands Hydrology (1983) and the International Seminar on Hydrology of Large Flatlands (1989). The main aim of the Congress is to contribute to the development of the knowledge on the hydrology of flatlands, creating opportunities for exchange, dialogue, discussion and outreach of the research done by specialists covering the many facets of this discipline.
