Summary:
These conferences address young waterprofessionals and students all over the world. It will deal with the issues developed by the Youth World Water Forum. Workshops will be organized on the following issues : successes and failures in river basin, dams, quality, flooding, access, management. Some plans will be prepared for the Third World Water Forum, which will be held in Japan in 2003.
