Summary:
This seminar is open to all administrations in charge of water and mainly to all basin organizations, existing or being created, of the current European Union, of the candidates and member countries of Central and Eastern Europe and of the Mediterranean region, and of the other interested Mediterranean countries. The seminar will be an occasion to report progress in the field implementation of the Framework Directive, to deal with the practical issues facing the basin organizations that will have to implement it, and to define the problems encountered and exchange experiences.
