It will be followed by a 5day TechnoTour to Singapore and HongKong. The tour will visit the NEWater Recycled Water Plant, the educational center and integrated reuse planning schemes in Singapore. In Hong Kong, the group will examine plans for, and progress in building a seawater desalination plant to meet the city's future water demands.
