Summary:
During this workshop participants will be trained in the use of new and innovative approaches and methodologies in participatory planning for integrated water resources management. The workshop will emphasize participatory stakeholder problem analysis, problem-focused water resource assessment, analysis of water resource data, demand and access plus building and testing scenarios for future planning. It will do so by developing case studies with small groups of participants from each of the invited countries. Basic information needs to be prepared beforehand by participants.
