The Confederación Hidrográfica del Guadalquivir's mission is to provide
a legal framework for the hydrological planning, administration and
management of the Guadalquivir basin.
The FOWG is the Confederation’s center regarding water use, water management, hydrology, geology, and natural hazards of flooding, earthquakes, and distribution of earth masses.
GLOBWINET is an Associated Programme of the Global Water Partnership. Its mission is to promote the Rio/Dublin principles on Integrated Water Resources Management, to improve exchange of experiences by electronic and personal networking and to provide, through knowledge management, a vehicle for economic cooperation and regional integration. This website contains also The Southern African Water Information Network (SAWINET), and The German Water Information Network (GEWINET).
The Mekong River Commission (MRC) was established on 5 April 1995. The MRC member countries are Cambodia, Lao PDR, Thailand and Viet Nam. MRC maintains regular dialogue with the two upper states of the Mekong River Basin, China and Myanmar.
