Memory of the World Programme
11.1 From time to time it may be necessary to amend these General
Guidelines.
11.2 Proposals to amend the General Guidelines must be tabled
at a meeting of the International Advisory Committee prior to
the meeting at which they are to be considered. Agreement of the
International Advisory Committee to amend the General Guidelines
means a simple majority of members of the Committee present at
the meeting.
11.3 The International Advisory Committee will make necessary
recommendations to the Director General as appropriate.
